Pimms and Hymns at Braydeston Church
Posted: Thu, 28 Aug, 2025 (2 months ago) by Dave
Our last summer event for this year will be held in early September in Braydeston Churchyard. ‘Pimms and Hymns’ will be held on Sunday 7th September at 2.30pm. We are organising this in partnership with Andrew Bevan and Brundall Hardware Shop. As well as serving a glasses of Pimms (or an alternative) there will be live music from a group of musicians.
If it rains, we will hold the service inside the church, but we are hoping for good weather. Please bring a chair or blanket if you want to sit down outside during the service.
Parking is available in the field near the church, there will be signposts.

The group making poppies for Remembrance Sunday will continue to meet in the St Laurence Centre on Thursdays 10am-12noon whilst the Community Café is closed, with the exception of Thursday 14th August when we have the Bus Pass Holiday Club.
A warm welcome awaits anybody of any age who would like to cut, stick, knit, crochet, or find any way of making a poppy from materials provided or bring your own. You can even just come for a relaxing chat with a flask and snack!
